DPRD SUMEDANG -- DPRD Kabupaten Sumedang menggelar Rapat Paripurna dalam rangka Pengucapan Sumpah/Janji Pengganti Antar Waktu Pimpinan DPRD dan Pengumuman Perubahan Komposisi Fraksi Partai Golkar, di Ruang Paripurna DPRD Setempat, Rabu (12/4/2023).

Rapat dipimpin oleh Ketua DPRD Sumedang Irwansyah Putra didampingi Wakil-Wakil Ketua DPRD Sumedang Titus Diah dan H. Ilmawan Muhamad, S.Ag., M.M. Dihadiri oleh Wakil Bupati Sumedang H. Erwan Setiawan, S.E.

Pada rapat tersebut, Anggota Komisi IV H. Sidik Jafar, S.E., dilantik menjadi PAW Wakil Ketua DPRD Sumedang oleh Ketua Pengadilan Negeri Sumedang Dr. Indah Wastu Kencan Wulan, S.H., M.H.

Pimpinan sidang mengatakan Sidik Jafar dilantik sebagai PAW Pimpinan DPRD berdasarkan Keputusan Gubernur Jawa Barat Nomor 170/Kep.191-Pemotda/2024 tanggal 31 Maret 2023 tentang Perubahan atas Keputusan Gubernur Jawa Barat Nomor 170/Kep. 782-Pemksm/2019 tentang Peresmian Pengangkatan Pimpinan Dewan Perwakilan Rakyat Daerah Kabupaten Sumedang Sisa Masa Jabatan Tahun 2019-2024 atas Nama Sdr. Jajang Heryana, S.E dari Partai Golkar Digantikan oleh Sdr. H. Sidik Jafar, S.E.

"Sebagai tindak lanjut dari keputusan dimaksud, maka Badan Musyawarah DPRD Kabupaten Sumedang memutuskan bahwa Pengucapan Sumpah/Janji Pengganti Antar Waktu Anggota DPRD dari Fraksi Golongan Karya, dilaksanakan rapat paripurna yang Alhamdulillah dapat dilaksanakan hari ini," ujar Irwansyah.

Selanjutnya, atas nama Pimpinan dan Anggota DPRD Sumedang, Irwansyah menyampaikan ucapan terima kasih dan penghargaan yang setinggi-tingginya kepada yang terhormat Jajang Heryana, S.E., atas jasa dan pengabdiannya selama menjadi Wakil Ketua DPRD Sumedang, sejak dilantik pada September 2019.
