Komisi IV Tinjau Lokasi Banjir Padasuka

WAKIL Ketua DPRD Titus Diah di lokasi banjir di Desa Padasuka, Selasa.

DPRD SUMEDANG -- Komisi IV DPRD Kabupaten Sumedang bersama sejumlah unsur Pemerintah Kabupaten Sumedang melakukan peninjauan lokasi banjir di Desa Padasuka, Selasa (3/3/2020).

Belum lama ini air Sungai Cipeles yang berada di kawasan Desa Padasuka meluap dan menerjang sejumlah rumah warga di RT 01, 03 RW 01.

Wakil Ketua DPRD Sumedang sekaligus koordinator Komisi IV Titus Diah mengatakan, pihaknya akan menindaklanjuti permasalahan tersebut dengan mendorong penyelesaiannya ke Balai Besar Wilayah Sungai (BBWS).

Menurutnya, pihaknya akan berkoordinasi bersama Dinas Pekerjaan Umum dan Perumahan Rakyat (PUPR), terkait solusi yang akan dilakukan.

Selain meninjau lokasi, pihaknya juga menyambangi para korban banjir dan memberikan bantuan yang didukung oleh Baznas Sumedang.

Kemudian, Anggota Komisi IV Willy Jordan menuturkan, pihaknya mengajak segenap pihak terkait untuk bersama-sama mencarikan solusi terhadap masalah tersebut.

"Kami prihatin dengan masalah ini. Kami harap ini tidak terjadi lagi di kemudian hari. Untuk itu, agar semua pihak responsif dan berkoordinasi bersama kami," ungkapnya.

Sementara, Kepala Desa Padasuka Karya menuturkan, kerugian yang diakibatkan dari musibah tersebut mencapai Rp75juta.

"Alhamdulillah dengan datamgnya Komisi IV kami mendapatkan pencerahan," ungkapnya.

Kemudian, pihak Bidang SDA PUPR Sumedang Dede menuturkan, pihaknya akan berkoordinasi dengan BBWS Cimanuk Cisanggarung.

"Karena kewenangan ini adalah di pusat yaitu di Cirebon (BBWS Cimanuk-Cisanggarung) kami akan berkoordinasi terlebih dahulu. Sebelumnya pihak BBWS sudah ke sini dan melakukan pendataan," tuturnya. humpro
