Harga BBM Naik, Buruh Minta Kenaikan Upah, DPRD Sumedang Siap Sampaikan Aspirasi ke Pusat

ANGGOTA DPRD Dapil V membacakan rekomendasi hasil penerimaan audiensi Aliansi Buruh Sumedang Menggugat, humas. Rabu


DPRD SUMEDANG -- DPRD Kabupaten Sumedang menerima aksi unjuk rasa dari Aliansi Buruh Sumedang Menggugat (ABSM) yang terdiri berbagai serikat buruh, Rabu 5 Oktober 2022.


Massa aksi ABSM terdiri dari serikat buruh meliputi DPC KSPSI, PC FSP TSK – SPSI, PPB, KASBI, F.GABUS, PEPPSI, dan KSPN.

Adapun tuntutan yang mereka sampaikan ke DPRD Sumedang adalah menolak kenaikan harga BBM, mendorong pembatalan UU No 11 Tahun 2020 tentang Cipta Kerja beserta Turunannya. Kemudian menolak Revisi RKHUP dan UU Pembentukan Peraturan Pemerintah (P3), mendorong Revisi Kepgub Jabar tentang UMK Tahun 2022 dan UMK Sumedang Tahun 2023 harus sama di seluruh wilayah tanpa dibeda-bedakan dan juga harus naik 26-30 %.


Massa aksi diterima oleh Ketua DPRD Sumedang Irwansyah Putra beserta para Anggota Dewan dari daerah pemilihan V, yaitu Asep Kurnia, S.H, M.H, Warson M, S.Ag, M.M, Drs. H. Dudi Supardi, S.T, M.M dan dr. Iwan Nugraha.

Menanggapi aspirasi yang disampaikan, Ketua DPRD Irwansyah mengatakan, pihaknya akan menyampaikan aspirasi-aspirasi tersebut secara resmi ke Pemerintah Pusat melalui surat yang telah ditandatanganinya.


"Kami akan sampaikan aspirasi ini kepada Presiden Republik Indonesia melalui Menteri Sekretaris Negara, ujarnya.


Selain itu, Irwansyah mengatakan, terkait UMK Sumedang Tahun 2023 harus di semua wilayah Sumedang serta harus naik 26-30 %, pihaknya akan merapatkan hal tersebut dengan Bupati Sumedang.
