Hadiri HUT ke-67 LVRI, Ilmawan ajak Generasi Kekinian Jaga Nilai-Nilai Luhur Kemerdekaan RI 1945

WAKIL Ketua DPRD Ilmawan Muhamad, S.Ag, M.M (kemeja putih) menghadiri HUT ke-67 LVRI tingkat Kabupaten Sumedang, Rabu.


DPRD SUMEDANG -- WAKIL Ketua DPRD Kabupaten Sumedang H. Ilmawan Muhamad, S.Ag., M.M., menghadiri Peringatan Hari Ulang Tahun ke-67 Legiun Veteran Republik Indonesia (LVRI) tingkat Cabang Kabupaten Sumedang, di Aula Kantor LVRI Setempat, Rabu (10/1/2024).

LVRI secara resmi terbentuk pada tanggal 2 April 1957 melalui Keputusan Presiden RI No. 103 tahun 1957 Tentang "Legiun Veteran". Dalam Keppres tersebut menetapkan terhitung mulai 1 Januari 1957 mengesahkan pembentukan Legiun Veteran Republik Indonesia.

Acara dibuka oleh Ketua LVRI Sumedang Mayor Purn. Soetrisno, dihadiri Komandan Kodim 0610 Sumedang Letkol Kav. Christian Gordon Rambu, M.Si,(Han) beserta perwakilan unsur Forkopimda Sumedang lainnya.

Ilmawan mengatakan, pihaknya mengucapkan selamat ulang tahun dan terima kasih atas perjuangannya kepada LVRI.

"Selamat ulang tahun, saya mengucapkan terima kasih atas perjuangan para pahlawan dan veteran yang sudah berjuang di sejak zaman kemerdekaan," ucap Ilmawan.

Ilmawan menuturkan, sampai saat ini para veteran masih terus berjuang ikut menjaga nilai-nilai luhur kemerdekaan Republik Indonesia Tahun 1945.

Dan alhamdulillah sampai sekarang LVRI masih terus berjuang untuk ikut menjada nilai luhur-luhur 45

"Dan kami meminta doa kepada seluruh anggota LVRI supaya kami generasi-generasi sekarang bisa melanjutkan cita-cita luhur para pejuang di Indonesia ini, dengan cara mengisi pembangunan dengan sebaik-baiknya," ujarnya. humas
