Evaluasi Masalah Tol Cisumdawu, DPRD Sumedang Minta Tiap Proses Pembayaran Disegerakan

DPRD SUMEDANG -- KETUA DPRD Kabupaten Sumedang menghadiri Rapat Koordinasi Forkopimda Sumedang dalam rangka Evaluasi Penyelesaian Masalah Sosial Pembangunan Jalan Tol Cisumdawu, di Gedung Negara Sumedang, Jumat (22/7/2022).

Rakor dihadiri oleh unsur Forkopimda Sumedang beserta SKPD dan pihak-pihak terkait.

Irwansyah mengatakan, salah satu permasalahan yang harus diperhatikan dalam pembangunan Tol Cisumdawu adalah proses pembayaran pembebasan tanah ke masyarakat.

Menurutnya, berdasarkan keluhan dari banyak masyarakat yang datang ke lembaga DPRD, terjadi kelambatan proses pembayaran.

"Kami lembaga DPRD kerap menerima keluhan atau aspirasi dari masyarakat, tentang keterlambatan proses pembayaran pembebasan tanahnya,"

Sehingga, kata Irwansyah, hal itu menimbulkan berbagai permasalahan, salah satunya standar harga tanah yang dibebaskan.

Irwansyah menuturkan, seharusnya setelah tanah warga dilakukan pematokan, maka segera dilakukan proses pembayaran.

"Jangan sampai proses pembayaran dilakukan misalnya setahun setelahnya. Masyarakat jadi mintanya harga yang sekarang, bukan harga sebelumnya saat dipatok," tuturnya.

Irwansyah mengungkapkan, jika tiap proses pembayaran pembebasan mengalami keterlambatan, maka akan terus menimbulkan permasalahan di kalangan masyarakat penjual tanah tersebut.

"Ini harus menjadi pelajaran, jangan sampai terulang kembali," ungkapnya.

Sementara itu, Irwansyah menambahkan, pihaknya berharap semua pintu tol di kawasan Sumedang segera dapat dioperasikan. humas
