Awali Tahun 2024, Sekwan Sumedang beri Pengarahan Pegawai Tingkatkan Kinerja Pelayanan

PARA Pegawai Setwan Sumedang mengikuti pengarahan dari Sekwan Setempat, Rabu.


SETWAN SUMEDANG -- SEKRETARIS DPRD Kabupaten Sumedang, Drs. H. Sonson M. Nurikhsan, M.Si., memberikan pengarahan kepada Pegawai Sekretariat DPRD Kabupaten Sumedang pada awal Tahun 2024, di ruang Paripurna DPRD Setempat, Rabu (3/1/2024).


Pengarahan tersebut membahas evaluasi kegiatan pada tahun 2023 dan perencanaan kegiatan Tahun 2024. Dihadiri oleh para Kepala Bagian pada Sekretariat DPRD Sumedang, meliputi Kabag Umum, Asep Januar Sofyan, S.I.P.; Kabag Persidangan, Perundang-undangan dan Humas, Rd. Ida Marlaida, S.H., M.Si.; dan Kabag Fasilitasi, Penganggaran dan Pengawasan, Winy Noer Widiashanty, S.Sos., M.Si.

"Alhamdulillah pada hari ini para pegawai melaksanakan pengarahan seputar refleksi Tahun 2023 dan resolusi Tahun 2024," ujarnya.

Adapun dalam pelaksanaannya rapat tersebut mengulas sejumlah hal di antaranya keberadaan pegawai Setwan Sumedang, yang terdiri dari PNS, non-PNS dan tenaga alih daya atau outshourching.

Yang mana, kata Sekwan Sonson, ketiga kelompok pegawai tersebut harus senantiasa meningkatkan pelayanan atau fasilitasi terhadap lembaga DPRD guna mendukung kinerja dewan dalam melaksanakan tugas pokok dan fungsinya.

"Pelaksanaan fasilitasi lembaga DPRD harus senantiasa ditingkatkan. Pelayanannya harus punya level setingkat bintang empat," ungkapnya.

Selanjutnya, selain tugas failotasi lembaga DPRD, Sekwan Sonson juga mendorong agar perencaan kegiatan pada Taun 2024 di setwan Sumedang agar selaras dengan program atau motto Pemerintah Kabupaten Sumedang, yakni Beyond Sehati.

"Dan itupun sudah jelas indikator-indikatornya yang harus dicapai dan fasilitasi yang harus dilakukan oleh Setwan maupun dengan yang terhormat lembaga DPRD," ucapnya. humas
